Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable offer you an exchange.

Sale items cannot be exchanged.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, kindly write to us before the next working day or before the product has been shipped out.

Warranty Policy

All products come with 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated. Products found to be defective within the warranty period will replaced at the discretion's StreamCast Asia Pte Ltd. StreamCast Asia Pte Ltd reserves the right to make all determinations under this warranty.
